Stop paying staff to retype what your systems already know.

We connect the systems you have, fix what falls short and build what's missing. AI agents take over the copying, checking and chasing, and the hours go back to your team.

For hospitals, HMOs, logistics, property, distribution, hotels and larger schools.

Which sounds like your organisation?

Connect what you have. Switch nothing off.

Each system keeps doing its job. The cost is in between: people copying, checking and reconciling. We link them so information is entered once.

For example, a hospital. Records in the EMR, bills in a billing system, claims on four HMO portals, month-end in Excel. Finance spends days making them agree.

What is slipping between your systems?

Two estimates from your own numbers: money lost in the gaps between systems, and staff time spent copying. Nothing you enter leaves this page.

AI agents do the routine work.

An enquiry at 21:40 is answered in seconds and recorded against the right customer. Anything that needs a person waits for one.

Sample data. The price waits for a person, in the panel below. A sample WhatsApp conversation. Customer, 21:40: Good evening. Can you move 12 pallets to Abuja on Thursday? AI agent: Yes, a 10-tonne truck is free on Thursday. Pickup from your Apapa warehouse? Customer: Yes, 8am please. AI agent: Held for Thursday at 08:00. Dispatch will confirm the price by 9am. The enquiry record fills in as they talk: request, 12 pallets to Abuja on Thursday; customer, an existing account matched by phone number; pickup, Apapa warehouse at 08:00; next step, truck held and Dispatch confirms the price by 09:00.

Your people stay in charge.

  • Your operations never depend on it. Records, payments and reports keep working if the AI is unavailable.
  • Anything consequential waits for a person. Refunds, unmatched payments and commitments go to someone authorised.
  • Its limits are agreed in writing. What it may do, and what data it can see, is set before go-live.
  • Every action is logged. Each automatic action and each approval, in one audit trail.

All our work

Questions from management.

Will our existing systems be replaced?

Not unless that is clearly the better course. Our first recommendation is usually to connect or improve what is already in service.

How is the work priced?

Each engagement is priced on its own and agreed in writing before work begins. The first consultation is free, and so is the Systems Review for early clients.

How soon will something be working?

First phases are deliberately small. The timeline is set out in writing before work starts.

How is our data protected?

We work under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, take backups before any change, access only the data the work needs, and remove our access when the engagement ends. See our privacy notice.

What controls apply to the AI?

What it may do is agreed in writing, anything consequential needs a person's approval, and your operations keep running without it.

Do you work outside Abuja?

Yes. Most work is delivered remotely across Nigeria. In Abuja we also visit your premises to see how your teams work.

Find out what your systems are costing you.

Start with a free 30-minute consultation. We'll look at how your organisation runs today, then set out in writing what we would connect, fix or build.

We reply the same working day. Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00 (WAT).
